If like me, you are just beginning to wrap your head around Christmas and haven’t really brought your pressies yet, all I can say is, thank Goodness for the internet! it’s been a long winded year, and what with being away recently, trying to get back into the swing of London and tackling a million and one things on my ‘To do list’ , has put prepping for Christmas on a back burner until now.
I do love the christmas season in London, the holidays, christmas lights, smells, food, and the christmas deposition from fellow Londoners all makes it feel rather special. For me, Christmas is all about Love, giving and sharing. I try my hardest not to buy into the very commercial side of it, but I know my loved ones still expect a few pressies under the Christmas tree.!
So without further I do, I present my suggested list for Christmas gifts. This year I have chosen gifts that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, but more importantly, you can buy them all on line today, and still receive them in time for the special day!!!!, myself included.
THE CRAFTY ONE
This vintage sewing machine, reminds me of my child hood. It was one of my favourite christmas presents, and I remember playing with it for years! Despite it size, it’s fully functional and user friendly and makes a perfect gift for a child, but also for an adult, who wants to dabble in sewing, but does not want to incur the expense of a full size machine.
